5. Find Your Order Number

Copy the entire number, including the hyphens.

If you're using a desktop or laptop computer, finding the order number is usually very easy.

1. Sign In to Amazon

Visit Amazon and sign into the account you used when you purchased the product.

2. Select “Returns & Orders”

Look toward the upper-right corner of the Amazon website.

This opens your Amazon order history.

3. Find the Correct Purchase

Scroll through your orders until you find the product.

If you purchased it several months ago, Amazon may not initially display it.

Change the order-history filter to the year in which you made the purchase.
